Bio and some random thoughts …

Andy thought he was going to be a doctor.

Instead he got a degree in economics, which came as a surprise to everyone, including himself.

He worked in numerous advertising agencies.

Then one day, on a whim, he bought a camera and started taking wedding pics for family and friends.

For the sheer fun of it.

Somehow an experienced photojournalist with The Philadelphia Inquirer discovered these photographs.

He called Andy, and said, ‘‘You have an eye. Your work is pure art. Consider turning photography into your profession.’’

Andy photographed more weddings.

Word of mouth spread.

Andy won awards.

Then he became a full-time photographer.

* * * * *

Andy believes delivering beautiful work for his clients is only 50% of the job.

The other 50% consists in giving his clients a smooth, easy ride.

Andy believes most people are a little shy about being photographed.

That’s why he brings a very natural, very relaxed atmosphere with him to photo shoots.

No drama.

The most common observation people make about Andy is his calming energy (and his Australian accent).

But that calmness disappears the moment they see their photographs.

That’s when tears of joy, or tears of laughter, start flowing.

Style, emotion, humor, fun, sassiness.

That’s what photography — done right — is all about.

You can text Andy at 609-502-4185.

Turns out, you can have gorgeous photos AND a smooth day AND not break the bank.
